Actually it would be anything commenting negatively upon another race or using language as to mock them, which he both did. You're more than welcome to use one of the MANY dictionaries online since your vocabulary seems to be lacking.

The camera asked me if my Caucasian boyfriend blinked. I looked at the picture and he had not. But he was wearing glasses. So the camera is also abusive to the sight impaired.
