Just a quick look at the game for anybody who’s wondering. It looks like a fun game, but not for $50. Maybe $19.99 or $29.99 since it’s “on rails”.

Skip to 5 minutes in for the goods.

Watch as Alec Baldwin plays with his Wii on Saturday Night Live. The whole Wiimote/penis joke is old now, but SNL still makes it funny.

I like the House of the Dead games; they’re always fun. I can’t see myself spending $50 for an “on rails” game though. If I want to play a game like this, I’ll go to an arcade; if I can find one; or just pop in House of the Dead on my Sega Dreamcast. House of the Dead: Overkill is on shelves now; only on Wii. Good thing it’s on the Wii, since that’s the only current generation console with any sort of zapper; even though the Wii Zapper is just a plastic case for the Wiimote to sit in. Watch the trailer above and see some actual gameplay footage after the break.

This might just be the best Wii accident I’ve seen so far. Sure, it’s not a 60″ tv, and nobody got a bloody face, but just watch it. First, the guy gets a strike, snaps his finger, wags his arm, and then shakes his ass. Now, that alone is funny enough to warrant a post for this video. Then, the moron gets cocky and swings too hard, accidentally releasing the Wiimote from his hand, and destroying the TV. The best part is probably when he starts yelling for his mom. Assuming that’s what he is saying, I can barely tell. Also, this guy looks at least of age, so why the hell is he yelling for his “momma”?

The Nintendo Wii is still very hard to find in stores. Even if you do find one, there’s a good chance you can only buy it with a bundle. I had to buy mine for $375 in a bundle with Wii Play, and a Wiimote charger with battery packs. It’s amazing that the Wii has such demand considering the Xbox 360 has the best game library of any console, and both the 360 and Playstation 3 have way, way, better graphics. Not to mention the 360 and PS3 have the ability to watch movies. With all that said, people still love their Wiis. The Wii has some great games, but all those great games seem to be Mario, Zelda, and other Nintendo franchises. There are a few hidden gems from third party developers, but you have to sift through piles of balloon popping and dart throwing crap games to find them.

There is no denying the adorableness of these Rabbids. There is also no denying the awesomeness of playing a video game with your ass. Rayman Raving Rabbits TV Party is now out for the Nintendo Wii and the Nintendo DS.

This opening seems pretty dark for a Sonic game, and I like it. I so hope this game is good, Sonic needs a success or he might just die forever. The video is full of destruction, a little torture, Super Saiyan Sonic, and some Werehog action. This video is from the Wii version of the game.
