A punishment well deserved. Creating Jar Jar Binks in the first place, is worthy of carbonite freezing, but when you go back, and put Jar Jar into Return of the Jedi, that’s the last straw. What? You didn’t know? If you have it, pop in the 2004 version DVD of Return of the Jedi. During the celebration at the end of the movie, you can hear Jar Jar say, “Wesa Free!”. It’s a trap! Thomas Benedikt has created Admiral Ackbar’s star cruiser from Star Wars: Return of the Jedi.
He used over 30,000 LEGO blocks, and took 11 months to build it. Not only that; he took it to a “hoe nuva level”. The ship even has LED lights throughout, giving it a realistic look against a starry backdrop. You can read all the specific build details here.
