Video: Kid With Fart Machine Disrupts City Council Meeting

A kid with a fart machine, or possible even the iPhone App, iFart, disrupts a Medina, Ohio council meeting in 2008. The Mayor, Jane Leaver tries to keep it together, but breaks down after the a second fart comes, and they eventually have to take a recess.
