A little more than a year after iPhone OS 3.0 was released, the next evolution of the software is revealed, and coming to the iPhone and iPod Touch in the Summer, and to the iPad in the fall. The iPhone 3GS, the iPad, and the current generation iPod Touch will get all of the new features from OS 4.0, but older iPod Touches, and previous generations of the iPhone will not get everything; one of those things being Multitasking. More likely a hardware limitation on the older devices, rather than a way to make people upgrade. Multitasking is only one of the brand new features revealed today…
