Also, the relation of the battle of the death star to the quidditch match is a bit of a stretch. The quidditch match was not the climax of the 1st Harry Potter movie/book while the battle of the death star was the climax of A New Hope. Good attempt, but no Harry Potter is not a rip-off of Star Wars (although both follow your generic hero story). Now the piece of literary trash known as Eragon... that is a complete rip-off of star wars.
