Except Vader didn't kill Luke's Aunt and Uncle, that was the work of storm troopers searching for the missing droids. Also, the relation of the battle of the death star to the quidditch match is a bit of a stretch. The quidditch match was not the climax of the 1st Harry Potter movie/book while the battle of the death star was the climax of A New Hope. Good attempt, but no Harry Potter is not a rip-off of Star Wars (although both follow your generic hero story). Now the piece of literary trash known as Eragon… that is a complete rip-off of star wars.
