Could this be the new Mac Mini? It sure looks like it. A spy video in decent quality, I think it just might be real; also, that is one sexy piece of hardware.

The new Nintendo DSi will be hitting the United States on April 5th. It’s been out in Japan since November 2008.

The DSi has two .3 megapixel cameras, larger screens, better speakers, and an SD Card slot. All great things, but a big feature that’s gone; a Gameboy Advance cartridge slot. The original DS and DS Lite were able to play GBA games, the new DSi will not. When the DSi hits American shelves, it will also be coming in a new color; blue, which you can see in the picture at the top of the post.

The DSi will set you back $169.99. Seems a little pricey considering you cannot play GBA games now; even if there are cameras and larger screens…

You can reserve one starting tomorrow, at Gamestop.

Update: The DSi is now confirmed to be hitting Europe on April 3rd, 2 days earlier than the US release.

mariolaptop

This is beyond epic. So this dude took his laptop, and decided to laser-etch it with every level from the Game Boy game,  Super Mario Land. Needless to say, it was worth the time, effort, and money. Check out Flickr user revolvingdork, to see more from this photo set.

Before you watch, I warn you, it’s pretty nasty. Nothing too bad, no sex or gore. Still, what the hell were they thinking? How could this ad possibly make anybody want to go out and buy a Zune?

This is a masterpiece. It is a work of art. It is…epic. Kudos to the maker for bringing new life to such a great gaming system.
