8-bit Wedding Invitation

I suddenly feel like firing up my Atari 2600.

Sure, it may not be able to actually transform, but at least it’s better than an Optimus Prime costume made of cardboard and duct tape. This video was looking pretty epic, until he started moving. Autobots! Waddle!

Nintendo Rubik's Cube

All Nintendo, all the time. When you’re not spending your time playing Nintendo video game, you can solve Nintendo puzzles! While wearing your Nintendo pajamas and Yoshi slippers! No? Just me?

The Nintendo Rubik’s Cube is the same as a regular Rubik’s cube, but instead of solid colors, there are classic Nintendo characters and logos. Green is Triforce, Blue is the Starfox logo, White is Kirby’s face, Yellow is a Pokeball, Orange is Samus’s logo, and Red is Mario’s hat.

If you have trouble solving this Rubik’s cube, you could always triforce. See what I did there?

Dagobah Frog Habitat

This Dagobah frog habitat is the perfect environment to raise your frogs in. Not only will they learn the ways of the force, but maybe, just maybe they’ll gain some of that famous Yoda insight. You can place the tadpoles in the same swamp that Luke’s X-Wing once called home, and when they’re old enough, they can movie right into Yoda’s hut. I think I might have to buy some frogs, just so I have a reason to buy this habitat.

The Dagobah Frog Habitat is $39.99 at ThinkGeek.com!

master chief cufflinks

I might consider wearing a shirt that actually has cuffs, just so I can wear these cufflinks. Sure, they could be better. Something like Gears of War cufflinks, or Big Daddy cufflinks, or pretty much any Nintendo character, but Halo cufflinks are still decent. If you really, really feel the need to have Master Chief attached to your clothing, you can buy these cufflinks for about $25 at Etsy.

Emergency Zombie KitYou never know when a zombie apocalypse might happen. What you do know is, you should always be prepared. At least, you better know; or you might find yourself being eaten alive, waking up dead, and savagely eating and killing your own family to ease your never ending hunger.

This emergency zombie kit comes with the essentials, the bare minimum. It comes with a machete, for close combat and a shotgun for when you’re up against multiple flesh craving zombies. The lid to the kit also doubles as a riot shield, so you can block the lunging bites, throw the zombie to the ground, and beat it’s head in.

Keep in mind, these are only the first things you need in order to survive a zombie infestation. Instead of going into detail about shelter, food, and everything else you will need to survive such a thing, I’ll point you in the direction of the book that will save your life. The Zombie Survival Guide. As you can see, it only costs $10 from Amazon.com, and I’m sure you’re willing to spend $10 to survive. I’ve got my copy, I hope you have yours.

The Cookie MugAs a person who loves to drink things out of mugs, and as a person who also loves cookies, this is one of the best things I’ve ever seen.

I can imagine it now. Never having to hold a hot cup of coffee or hot chocolate in one hand, and carefully hold a stack of delicious oatmeal raisin cookies in the other. Now I can do both with one hand! The wonders of modern technology.

If you’re a lefty, fear not, this mug comes in right handed or left handed styles. Your left handed deformity will no longer hold you back from enjoying your hot beverage and cookies at the same time. You can order this mug for £13.99 from Mocha.uk.com

Star Wars Trash Compactor Book Ends

Okay, so maybe I was pandering to the prequel haters with that title. What can I say? I’m riding shotgun in the bandwagon. I don’t know about you guys, but I could definitely feature this on my DVD shelf. It’s awesome. Whoever came up with the idea is a modern day genius.

They are 6 inches deep, 12 inches Wide and 7.5 inches high, made of high quality poly-stone, and they’re individually hand painted. They also come with a unique number and certificate of authenticity.

Sadly, these bookends are only for pre-order right now. They start shipping in April 2010 according to the website. Right now they’re on sale for $189.99, originally $199.99. Pricey, but a definite must buy if you want to show off your Star Wars DVD collection or book collection with style.

Spock SackboyWith all the Sackboy creations so far, it was only a matter of time before a Star Trek got it’s turn. Just in time for the new Star Trek movie hitting theaters on May 8th.

This might be one of the only times you’ll ever see a smile associated with anything related to Spock. As we all know, Spock is a Vulcan, and is driven by logic, not emotion.
